Electric Vehicle Repair in Hertfordshire

At Stephens Engineering we are preparing our state of the art Ware workshop for the arrival of electric vehicles. We will soon be working on and providing electric vehicle repair in Hertfordshire.

There are a whole of host of ways to deliver power to an electric vehicle. From an all electric vehicle to a hybrid vehicle. An all electric vehicle requires it’s own charging point which can present a challenge for some vehicle owners. In addition to the all electric car models, a hybrid vehicle also uses petrol. There are hybrid cars that in addition to petrol also need to be charged to run in the electric power mode. Personally, my favourite hybrid electric vehicle is the self charging hybrid car. These types of hybrid vehicle are perfect for town driving, those short stop-start journeys. The self charging hybrid vehicle only uses petrol at higher speeds.

At the moment, we’re making adaptions to the workshop to work on electric vehicles in addition to the usual petrol and diesel vehicles we’re known for. As works progress, we are getting ready to undertake repairs to certain electric cars in the workshop. At Stephens Engineering, we aim to be at the fore front of vehicle engineering and repair. For me, I always smile when I hear the throaty throb of my V6 engine bursting into life, however, different vehicles suit different situations and circumstances. It’s still important to enjoy whatever type of vehicle you drive from electric, hybrid, petrol or diesel. With Stephens Engineering, your vehicle is in safe hands.
